Virali Refund Policy

Subscription fees are nonrefundable except where required by law.

Virali does not provide partial-month refunds. Cancellation stops future renewal, and paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid term. A free trial canceled before conversion does not produce a recurring subscription charge.

If Virali terminates a customer without customer breach, Virali will refund unused prepaid fees for the terminated service period. If Virali terminates for customer breach, no refund is due.
